There were a lot of positive aspects to a good match that resulted in a 2-2 draw. Watlington went1-0 down but did not drop there heads dispite a very strong start by Fritwell who were passing the ball around well and their movement was making it very difficult for Watlington to get near them. Watlington slowley managed to work their way into the game but their goal was probably still against the run of play. Christmas came early for both of Watlington's goals as the Fritwell keeper gift wrapped the chances and presented a goal to each of Watlington's strikers. Sam Eelles has now scored three in three and Cez Saunder's form as his strike partner is outstanding and the Fritwell defense found them both very hard to deal with all game.Fritwell seemed to run out of gas in the second half and Watlington were the better side and had chances to take all 3 points. There were notable performances from two of the youngest players Connor Biarchi and Luke Yeulet who had a great game.
