Saturday, 21 April 2007

Launton conjured up a win, although in truth Adderbury could well have at least shared the spoils if they had taken their first half chances. Launton took a 13th minute lead through a Lee Thomas penalty following a foul by keeper Dixon on Launton striker Adam Hodgson.
In the second half Launton increased their advantage through Danny Green, only to see the home side reduce the arrears within 60 seconds through Neil Skidmore. Minutes later Launton sealed victory when Adam Hodgson burst through a hesitant home defence to net no 3.
