Half time score - Swindon Spitfires 3 Tower Hill Vixens U11's  0

Scorers - Not known

A cold but sunny morning at Highworth saw the Vixens meet the very impressive Spitfires for the first time this season. First half & Swindon kicked off attacking from the off, but the Vixens were very much up for it and were on the defence with some great tackles keeping the Spitfires at bay, only minutes in and goal keeper Millie Harris made a great save stretching to push the ball over the crossbar. The Vixens where battling hard but 8 minutes in Swindon got through the Vixens defence to score the first goal of the game, on 13 minutes Swindon added another and by half time the Vixens were 3 - 0  down.
Half time and as we had no subs the only changes made were, Amy Williamson took the place of Millie Harris in goal & Millie went into midfield with Karolina Sikorska going up front.
Second half and the Vixens came out with the same belief that they had in the first and although 3 - 0 down played like there was no score. Lina Prosser & Billie Lawrence were putting in some great tackles but on 26 minutes Swindon made it 4 - 0. The Vixens had some runs on goal but to no avail.  Another 2 goals were scored in quick secession making the score 6 - 0. In the dying minutes Millie Harris played a great ball to put Karolina Sikorska through on goal but the shot was wide, this would of been the first goal Swindon had conceded in open play this season.
This was a great game of football to watch, with both teams really battling.

Girl of the match went to Karolina Sikorska for her battling in midfield & nearly scoring against the Spits.
