The hearing regarding LBS Lions took place on Monday evening at our latest discipline meeting.

There appeal was successful in part, It was deemed that LBS Lions had played a technical ineligible player. However the result would stand and there would be no fine imposed of £0.

The committee deemed that the leagues registration department were equally culpable as LBS Lions.

A few points considered

• Both players were registered last season.
• The players had signed the forms and all were in order
• LBS Lions had sent 6 emails that were never replied to with these on well in advance of the game
• The league always assure teams that any registrations sent before Wednesday of the game will be actioned
• LBS Lions never tried to hide the fact these players played and they actually posted it on there socials and told the league
