Match Details: Participating For AFC Heathrow FC against London Athletic First on 10/02/2024 in Middlesex County Football League Saturday Offence Details: E12 - (Club) Failure to comply with decision of the Association Sanction Details: Proven: Case Proved Fined: £55.00 Notes: E12 - AFC Heathrow are hereby charged for a breach of FA Rule E12 (Club) - Failed to comply with a decision of the Association. Duquan Maitland & Shaquille Ishmael were both sent off on the 3rd February 2024 and subsequently suspended for three (3) matches from the 10th February 2024. It is alleged, as per the attached Match Return Cards, that both players played on the 10th February 2024 against London Athletic, therefore the Club are charged with playing players whilst suspended. The Association intends to rely on the following information, included in the charge evidence document: 1. Match Reports and Submissions from the Middlesex County Football League Should the case be found proven, the Commission will decide if the case is low, medium or high level and the following Sanction Guideline from The FA will be used to decide the sanction: Outside NLS Low - £0-£30 - Medium - £30-£100 – High - £75-£200 These are Guideline Sanctions and should be followed but can be varied where appropriate mitigating or aggravating factors exist. Personal Hearing - If a personal hearing is requested, this is likely to be heard on a weekday evening on a date selected by the County FA. A written response should be submitted with the response to the charge if a personal hearing is requested, along with any dates within the next month that would be unsuitable for the hearing.
