Match Details: Participating For Celtic against London Cheetahs First 11 on 11/11/2023 in Middlesex County Football League Saturday Offence Details: E20.1 - Failed to ensure directors, players, officials, employees, servants, representatives attending any Match do not behave in a way which is improper, offensive, violent, threatening, abusive, indecent, insulting or provocative Sanction Details: Fined: £45.00 Notes: E20 - Celtic FC are hereby charged with misconduct for breach of FA Rule E20 in respect of the above fixture. Having reviewed the evidence presented to the Association, it is deemed that the actions of their Players/Officials getting involved into a mass confrontation was contrary to FA Rule E20. It is alleged that they did not conduct themselves in an orderly fashion. They are also charged with causing the game to be abandoned. The Association intends to rely on the following information, included in the charge evidence document: 1. Report(s) and information supplied by the Match Official(s) 2. Statements from Celtic FC 3. Statements from London Cheetahs 4. Veo Footage provided of the fixture Should the case be found proven, the Commission will decide if the case is low, medium or high level and the following Sanction Guideline from The FA will be used to decide the sanction: Outside NLS Low - £0-£70 - Medium - £70-£140 – High - £140-£300 These are Guideline Sanctions and should be followed but can be varied where appropriate mitigating or aggravating factors exist.
