This match was initially awarded to the away team, that was because Shepherds Bush were not affiliated with the London FA as per league rules.

However it has since come to light that as per the email below, the reason the affiliation was due to both a system and personnel failure at the London FA.

As such the discipline committee have withdrawn the initial decision and the match will be scheduled to be played at a later date.

Please note that the late affiliation of the above mentioned team was due to an internal staff communication error. Shepherd’s Bush did their due diligence and should not be fined or penalised as a result. 

I personally failed to review their affiliation promptly which would have led to the team being affiliation well before the deadline.
