Atish Sawant & Cleston Fernandes were both sent off on the 16th November and both subsequently suspended for two (2) matches each from the 26th November 2023. It is alleged, as per the attached Match Return Cards, that both players played on the 25th November against Kodak Harrow and then it is alleged that Atish Sawant played for a second time on the 2nd December against London Rangers, therefore the Club are charged with playing two players whilst suspended. The Association intends to rely on the following information, included in the charge evidence document: 1. Reports that have been submitted by the Middlesex County Football League 2. Teamsheet submissions provided by the MCFL. Should the case be found proven, the Commission will decide if the case is low, medium or high level and the following Sanction Guideline from The FA will be used to decide the sanction: Outside NLS Low - £0-£30 - Medium - £30-£100 – High - £75-£200 These are Guideline Sanctions and should be followed but can be varied where appropriate mitigating or aggravating factors exist. Personal Hearing - If a personal hearing is requested, this is likely to be heard on a weekday evening on a date selected by the County FA. A written response should be submitted with the response to the charge if a personal hearing is requested, along with any dates within the next month that would be unsuitable for the hearing.
