UPDATE

FC Irish of London, successfully appealed there suspension at the discipline committee meeting on Monday 5th February. Thus providing evidence that they shouldn't of been suspended, as such, the voided game was no more, but as Eagles Land were still suspended on the date in question and never appealed. It left the committee with no choice but to award the game to FC Irish of London.
