Warmley progressed a round further in the cup with a solid victory over Whitchurch. The game though was relatively balanced until late in the first half when a long free-kick was pounced upon by Oscar Reed who smashed the ball home. Warmley continued to press in the second half with Ben Bushell and then Matt Tilley coming close. Bushell then jinked his way into the penalty box, where he was tumbled over after some neat footwork leaving Sam Brown to exquisitely slot the ball home. The game was over when Jake Oliver, emphatically found the top corner with a precision shot from the edge of the box.
