Harvesters are looking for an enthusiastic/knowledgeable person to join our coaching group at our vibrant progressive football club.
Deliver coaching sessions that embody the club’s player development syllabus in an appropriate, creative and engaging way to help advance players of all ages.
Help support other Coaches & Managers in all aspects of their training and match day experiences.
Research current trends of coaching/teaching, player development and industry best practice to help develop Harvesters' offering.
Demonstrate an innovative and progressive attitude to coaching.
Help ensure that Harvesters FC remains a safe enjoyable environment for all ages, levels and genders to enjoy playing football.
Help build relationships across Harvesters as a wider club, including parents, players, managers & volunteers.
Support other coaches and the Head of Football.
Aid the player recruitment process and maintain the relevant administration in an organised manner.
Assist in the monitoring of teams in executing the club's football philosophy.
Assist in the in-house movement of players, their progression and retention.
Participate in, and have input into, our in-house CPD program.
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
Attend 6 week coaches meeting and other relevant club meetings where necessary.
Clean Driving Licence
Minimum Level 2 Level 3/UEFA B Licence preferable
Coaching experience teaching/coaching children
To be flexible in working hours. Weekends essential with 2/3 evenings
Good communication skills
Working within one of the best grass roots football clubs in Hertfordshire.
Vast spectrum of ages of boys and girls and levels to learn from.
This is a paid role, to be negotiated dependent on experience.
