The Saints completed a league double over a Cuckoos side which will face them again in the Huntingdonshire Senior Cup final in May.

Dan Moyes continued his good form in front of goal with the ninth minute opener from 25 yards, but Yaxley remained in the hunt until the closing stages of the match.

Liam Kennett scored the second goal from Jamie Blackwell's pass after 69 minutes with Scott Fielding rounding off the scoring a minute from time after beading a defender and taking the ball round Cuckoos keeper John Feetham.
