Kidlington overcame a very strong and hardworking Banbury United side on the opening day of the season. On a sizeable pitch, goals from Hayley Clements, Beth Hawtin (2) and Zoe Taylor put Kidlington 4-0 up at half-time, although it took a great save from Emily Murphy to prevent the dangerous Harley O'Shea from opening Banbury's account.Despite numerous 2nd half chances great Banbury goalkeeping kept goals down to a minimum. Amelia Brooks eventually added a 5th before a quick brace from Zoe Taylor gave her a Hat-trick on her Kidlington debut.
